Memperkuat Kepemimpinan Inklusif: Program Pembinaan Alumni GEDSI

Australia Awards in Indonesia (AAI) is inviting qualified organisations to submit proposals to design and deliver a GEDSI Mentoring and Capacity Building Program for members of the Australian GEDSI Alumni Network from July 2026 to June 2027.

This initiative reflects AAI's ongoing commitment to advancing Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) by empowering alumni as inclusive leaders. Through a structured mentoring program, the initiative will connect experienced GEDSI practitioners with emerging alumni to strengthen leadership capabilities, expand professional networks, and support the practical application of inclusive development principles in Indonesia.

The program will combine mentoring relationships with capacity-building activities such as workshops, coaching, and peer learning, ensuring accessible and inclusive participation across Indonesia.
