Recipients of the G20 “Recover Together, Recover Stronger” Scholarships met with the President of Indonesia and the Prime Minister of Australia during the G20 Summit in Bali. These Indonesian scholars will pursue postgraduate studies at Australian universities in areas of digital transformation, sustainable energy transition, and global health architecture.
“I was excited to meet the first cohort of scholars of the program I announced with Indonesian President Joko Widodo in June this year,” said Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
The G20 “Recover Together, Recover Stronger” Scholarships are prestigious international awards offered by the Australian Government to the next generation of global leaders from Indonesia. The Scholarships will include an enhanced in-Australia experience that may include visits to Parliament and meetings with high-level government and industry leaders.
