Applications Open for the ANU-Data61 International Fellowships Program for Indonesian Civil Servants

If you are an Indonesian civil servant and work at the targeted ministries/agencies, get a chance to undertake a three-month fellowship at CSIRO’s Data61 through this program – established by the Critical Technology Branch of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Australian National University (ANU), in partnership with Australia’s National Science Agency, CSIRO, and Data61.

The targeted ministries/agencies are: i) National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas); ii) National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN); iii) Ministry of Health; iv) Ministry of Social Affairs; v) the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB); and vi) Statistics Indonesia (BPS).

Fellows will live in Australia throughout the three-month fellowship period and will be supported in obtaining relevant visas, insurances, accommodation, transportation, and orientation. Fellows will be hosted by ANU in Canberra, or Data61 offices in Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne.

As the first stage of the selection process, aspiring applicants are requested to submit their EoI (expression of interest) in English via email to dpa@anu.edu.au no later than 28 February 2021.
