The 11th Biennial Indonesia Council Open Conference

Registrations are now open to join the 11th biennial Indonesia Council Open Conference (ICOC), which will be held on 14 – 16 July 2021, and hosted by The University of Queensland (UQ)!

The conference theme is “Sustaining Bilateral Research Partnerships: Online Indonesia Council Open Conference”, and the focus of ICOC 2021 will be building research collaborations.

The convenors will be:

  • Dr Greta Nabbs-Keller, Research Fellow Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific, UQ's Centre for Policy Futures, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
  • Associate Professor Zane Goebel, Coordinator Indonesian Program, UQ's School of Languages and Cultures, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

This ICOC 2021 will be held in a hybrid format: all sessions and events will be held online, with some in-person attendance at the St Lucia campus of The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia – and is open to all interested academics, professionals, and students.
