Join experts from the Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences of the University of Melbourne, as they explore the science behind food, wine and spirits pairing – on Wednesday, 8 December 2021 at 12.00 PM AEDT!

It might seem instinctive, but have you ever wondered about the alchemy created through the pairing of food and wine? How does pairing certain wines with certain foods contribute to our enjoyment of a meal?

Two of their leading authorities in food and wine science, Chris Barnes and Sonja Needs, will explore:
