Beasiswa & Kampus Ramah Ibu

The interest of Indonesian women, including mothers, to obtain postgraduate degrees, both Master's and PhD is increasing from year to year. Still, not all of them enjoy an adequate support system. Recognising this issue, OzAlum Kanti Pertiwi together with her team at PhD Mama Indonesia, a community and online platform, conducted a survey in which 425 Indonesian women participated to understand the challenges and opportunities faced by mothers to pursuing further studies.
In commemoration of Mother's Day, they will present and discuss their research findings at the webinar, talk show, and launch the policy brief "Mother-Friendly Scholarships and Campuses" on 22 December 2021 at 10.00 AM WIB via Zoom.
This event is open to the public and virtually attended by Australian Ambassador to Indonesia Penny Williams PSM, and representatives of scholarship providers and study destinations.
