Are you seeking to enhance your expertise in Virgin Coconut Oil and spices? The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, under the KATALIS (the economic cooperation program between Indonesia and Australia to maximise IA-CEPA) and Australia Awards in Indonesia, cordially invites you to apply for the Australia Awards Short Course on Standardisation and Product Compliance for Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and Spices.

Tailored for Indonesian professionals engaged in the VCO and spices sector, this two-week short course in Australia is crafted to bolster Indonesia's export competitiveness in coconut and spices. By fostering a deep comprehension of the Australian regulatory landscape and standards pertaining to VCO and spices among Indonesian regulators, industry leaders, and associations, the course aims to forge robust connections between regulatory bodies and businesses in Australia and Indonesia.

During this course, Indonesian regulators and business leaders will receive support to ensure their products are export-ready for Australia. Participants will engage in dialogues with Indonesian and Australian regulatory bodies and industry leaders, including members of the Indonesian diaspora. These interactions aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Australian market, standards, and pertinent regulatory and legal considerations, encompassing aspects such as biosecurity measures, quality standards, and labelling requirements.

We strongly encourage women from disadvantaged backgrounds and people with disability to apply. Apply online via this link before 10 March 2024, at 11.59 pm WIB. For more details, please visit this page.
