Journey Chronicles: Celebrating Australia-Indonesia Bonds

Mark the 75^th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Australia and Indonesia by joining our short story competition! Share your experiences inspired by your time in Australia and stand a chance to win exclusive, one-of-a-kind merchandise!

The competition is open to all Indonesian Australia Awards scholars and Indonesians who have completed their studies in Australia or participated in short courses or programs there.

Share your story aligned with one of these themes:

• Transformational Journeys: Share a personal or professional transformation story influenced by your experiences studying and living in Australia.
• Cross-Cultural Adventures: Explore narratives of embracing diverse cultures, highlighting moments of learning and growth formed during and/or after your Australian journey.
• Impactful Initiatives: Share a story of how your study in Australia has positively impacted your communities or professions through your work or projects.
• Resilience in Adversity: Explore a tale of overcoming challenges and setbacks on the path to success with skills and experiences formed during your Australian journey.
• Unforgettable Connections: Share a story of meaningful connections or friendships formed during your Australian journey.

Here's how to participate:

• Submit your story, up to 1,000 words in English and Microsoft Word format, along with your contact details and profile photo(s) to https://oz.link/shortstory
• Ensure your story is submitted before 30 June at 23.59 WIB.

Ten lucky winners will receive prizes: each will receive exclusive merchandise from the Australia Awards and Australia Global Alumni in Indonesia! The winners will be announced on 30 July on the Australia Awards in Indonesia website.
