In-Australia Program for the Australia Awards Short Course on Capacity Building of IIIU

The group of Australia Awards Short Course participants on ‘Capacity Building for the Management Team of the Indonesian Islamic International University’ returned to Indonesia on 28 August after studying in Australia.

The participants, who are the administrators and the management team of Indonesian Islamic International University (IIIU), participated in a two-week short course in Australia, delivered by Deakin University. They learned from the experts at campuses and institutions in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney how Australian universities manage their internationalisation, financial management and IT.

In the program's joint sessions, participants explored Islamic studies providers, networks, and programs in Australia and identified lessons learned in collaboration between universities. The course also aimed to build networks with Australian institutions and experts for partnerships and future cooperation. Congratulations, and good luck implementing the knowledge you gained at your campus!
