Join Our Lecture on “Building Education System for Equity and Inclusion”

With education being vital to a nation’s social and economic prosperity, an enduring question for governments is how to make schooling equitable and inclusive for all. Focusing on systemic design principles allows school administrators to move beyond ideology and optimise school systems. This shifts attention away from trying to fix teachers or schools, and on to how schooling can be organised to get the best outcomes. Systemic design principles can also generate empirical evidence to inform policy decisions at a school, regional and national level. This can support reforms to improve the equity and inclusiveness of the education system, its outcomes and impacts. This lecture will propose an empirical model built on choice, autonomy, and accountability.
