An Online Collaborative Learning for Eastern Indonesia's Future Female Green Energy Leaders

Project Rationale:

The project aims to bridge the abovementioned challenges and facilitate Indonesia’s transition to clean green and sustainable energy, we intend to run this online learning for only girls with a specific target for eastern Indonesia. This online learning will be delivered by an equal number of women and male panellists/lectures/ private sectors/ policymakers and will run for up to 10 months. This project will empower and provide students with renewable energy knowledge and a network to allow them to take action and be part of the energy transition. The training will cover various aspects of renewable energy and each session will end with a test to evaluate the learning effectiveness.

20 STEM graduates from eastern Indonesia who are in their last year of university or SMK graduates
